No - you may feel drowsy for a few minutes but this massage is designed to re-energize you, to leave you feeling "relaxed yet alert".
Isn't it smelly and messy?
No - no oils are used.

The therapist works over your clothes. Jackets should be removed and ties loosened but that's all.
Will it help my headaches/stiff shoulders?

How much time do you 'lose' in day? 15-20 mins is no more than a coffee break and leaves you able to concentrate and work more efficiently.
How long will I feel the benefits?
That depends on the individual, how long you've been stressed etc. As a general rule anything from a day or 2 to a few weeks. If you're having regular treatment the effects will be cumulative.
How much does it cost?
£ 10 per 15 minutes massage. However, if your company is able to guarantee a certain number of hours on a regular basis we can negotiate a rate.
